Experience and Services
In the recent years, Miho’s core activities include delivering leadership trainings and executive coaching. She also practices mindfulness and studies neuroscience to maintain high quality trainings.
She works extensively on efficiency and productivity in business, intra and interpersonal skills, developing teams, communication, cultural awareness, multi-generational workforce, negotiating and influencing, organizational change and managing careers.
Miho not only facilitates and delivers trainings, but she also designs and develops programs based on clients’ needs, goals, and expectations.
She also translates trainings materials English to Japanese and vice versa.

Type and style
Miho’s trainings are interactive, informative, and practical; designed with adult learning techniques. She makes sure that the environment is psychologically safe for participants with “every behavior has positive intentions” attitude and openness.

Previous corporate experience
Miho’s career in communications started in 1988 as an English teacher.
She has more than twenty five years of experience in managing sales team in automotive / hospitality / IT industries in various countries; Japan, the US, Europe, the Bahamas, and in New Caledonia.
Philosophy – professional and personal
Miho’s key passion is to help people gain insight to take responsibility of their own future. She strongly believes that quality of relationship is everything to success in business.
Miho thrives on “not knowing” attitude to develop her own self-awareness, social awareness, and compassion.
